The name of the website understands the need to cancel the order under certain circumstances. Though there are situations when cancellation alone is an option, we do have certain clauses under which we allow you to do so.

Know a few things that you must stick to.

1. The order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing it. If you fail to do it on time, we are not supposed to be held responsible for the same.
2. Though the delivery gets cancelled, the customers become eligible to claim only 50% of the billing amount.
3. In case of overnight and express shipping, the chances of terminating the delivery are not possible.
4. If the order has been dispatched, cancellation and refund are not possible.
